Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is in its original condition and original packaging.
  • The item has not been used, washed, or altered in any way.
  • All original tags and labels are still attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Items that have been used or worn.
  • Items returned without their original packaging.
  • Sale or discounted items (unless defective).

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order:

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
